GINISANG MISWA WITH UPO AND MALUNGGAY RECIPE

Its been already 4 days now and the rain doesn't stop because of habagat and the low pressure area. Ang sarap mahiga at mamaluktot sa kama dahil malamig. Hindi mo na kelangan magaircon kaya lang nakakatamad naman maligo dahil malamig. Kelangan pang maginit ng hot water para makapaligo eh.
At dahil umuulan, masarap humigop ng may sabaw. 

Kaya, its time for me to cook our lunch today. And guess what, anong lulutuin ko.? Super easy, affordable and budget friendly na ulam.

Note: My cooking doesn't have exact measurements of ingredients, kumbaga tantiya tantiya lang basta naaayon sa iyong panlasa.


Ginisang miswa with upo and malunggay

Ingredients:
  • chicken ( isang thigh lang ang ginamit ko)
  • upo (half only, peeled and sliced)
  • malunggay ( 1 tali only)
  • miswa ( 2 supot from palengke)
  • onion and garlic
  • knorr cubes
  • salt and pepper
Procedure:
  • Boil chicken in a pot until cooked. Flaked the chicken and set aside. Set aside also the chicken soup (ung pinagpakuluan ng chicken).
  • In a pot, saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add the chicken flakes and the soup. Add additional water and let it boil.
  • Put in knorr cubes.
  • Add the upo and let it cooked for at least 2 minutes.
  • Put in the miswa and malunggay. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve while its hot. Sprinkle some toasted garlic on top for additional aroma and flavor.

Ang pagluluto ay hindi lang sa mga ingredients napapasarap kundi sa  pagmamahal ng taong nagluluto. Kahit na hindi sosyal, o hindi mamahalin ang mga niluluto ko masarap naman sa panlasa ng mga taong kumakain nito.
