LASWA RECIPE

When were getting older, we realized that eating healthy is very much important. Aside from taking vitamins, doing exercise regularly, it is very important that we should eat healthy nowadays. Hindi naman kailangan na gumastos ng mahal para makakain ng healthy. Kahit na maliit lang ang sahod natin, kelangan pa din natin na kumain ng mga masustansiya pero murang pagkain.

Vegetables is a bit pricey today, but I make sure we eat them everyday. I love to cook sauteed veggies, pinakbet or ginataang gulay. Halos lahat ng klase ng gulay, kinakain ko except.... alugbati.! Oh my, hindi talaga siya matake ng tummy ko...! Sorry.

One of my favorite vegetables dish is laswa. A very simple dish with lots of nutrients and is very healthy. Laswa is similar to dinengdeng, an ilocano dish with bagoong isda as pampalasa. On the other hand, they are both cooked just boiling the water and then threw all the veggies on the pot.

Any kind of veggies can be cooked as laswa. You can add as much as you want, it depends on your liking. You can also add shrimps, to make it taste better. But I don't have budget for shrimp, hahaha so I just settle to fish na lang. Tara, let's cook na.

Notes: My cooking doesn't have exact measurements of ingredients, kumbaga tantiya tantiya lang ng naaayon sa  aking panlasa.

See, supeeeer easy dish. No need to put ng kung ano anong pampalasa, kasi mas malalasahan mo ang mga gulay.
