PORK BINAGOONGAN RECIPE

Who likes bagoong?

Meeee.... hahaha

I super love bagoong, for my karekare, may bagoong rice or even sawsawan ng prutas like pineapple and mango. Naku, ang sarap niya talaga.! Heaven, sabi nga nila. Kahit na hindi kaaya-aya ang amoy niya pero sobrang sarap naman.

Ilang araw na akong nagcacrave ng binagoongan, kaya naman hindi na ako nagpatumpik tumpik pa. Luto na agad, may ingredients naman ako sa ref.

Notes: My cooking doesn't have exact measurements of ingredients, kumbaga tantiya tantiya lang basta naaayon sa aking panlasa.


Pork Binagoongan Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo pork ( I used kasim, cut into cubes)
  • 2 pcs talong
  • 2 tbsp bagoong ( I used Golden hands, sauteed shrimp paste na spicy)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • onion, garlic and tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • sili (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup water (or depends on you, kung gano kadami)
Procedure:
  • Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes until madurog ng konti yung kamatis.
  • Add the pork and saute until golden brown. Put in 1 tbsp bagoong and water. Ilagay na din ang suka. Let it simmer para lumambot ang pork.
  • Once the pork is cooked, add the talong, sili and yung tirang bagoong. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with rice.

Kahit simple lang ang pagkain basta may kasamang pagmamahal ang pagluluto mas lalong sumasarap ang lasa niya.
